11 projects signed in Huayuan County

11 projects were signed in Huayuan County of Xiangxi Prefecture on November 3, with a total investment of 2.376 billion yuan.

The comprehensive industrial investment project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, will introduce key enterprises to settle in Huayuan County or Changsha Shibadong Industrial Park.

The industrial Internet supply chain platform investment cooperation project focuses on supply chain management, road cargo transportation, import and export trade, and sales of metal ore and other bulk commodities.

The cooperation and sales agreement project for brand products from Shibadong Village mainly centers around the promotion and innovation of brand products in Shibadong Village as well as the construction of the Xiangxi Shibadong Rural Revitalization Demonstration Center, and the Resveratrol project.

The Shibadong black tea project will cultivate high-end black tea categories through collaboration with Zhengshantang, and improve branding, design, packaging, promotion, and sales.

In addition, there are also the Biancheng-Shibadong general aviation comprehensive project, the “Shibadong” aerospace ecological agriculture cooperation project, the liquor industry chain cooperation project, the ultrafiltration water purification system investment project, the liquor and tourism integration project, the new energy vehicle investment project, and the digital economy cultural industrial park project.

Since the beginning of this year, focusing on new materials, new energy, new agriculture, and new cultural and tourism industries, Huayuan County has established a one-billion-yuan industrial fund and launched 7 investment promotion activities in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Changsha, and other places.

County leaders have led teams out for investment promotion, and 128 batches of merchants have visited the county for inspection and exchanges. 31 projects have been signed, and a number of industry projects such as Xinwanrun and Fusai’er have been under construction.

On the day, Hunan Xiangxi National Agricultural Science and Technology Park was awarded the “Aerospace Ecological Agriculture Science and Technology Achievement (Huayuan) Demonstration Park” by the Beijing Shenfei Aerospace Application Technology Research Institute.
